Umesh gained a diploma in Sports NLP-Hypnosis Psychology from The MIND FACTOR Institute gaining first hand knowledge from one of Europe’s leading Sports Psychologists Dr Karl Morris. The MIND FACTOR has had the privilege of working with Europe’s top sports people such as Darren Clarke, David Howell, Lee Westwood, Graeme McDowell, Michael Vaughn and Steve Harmison.

Umesh also trained at the internationally recognised The Quest Institute under Trevor Silvester, the Author of Wordweaving I and II™ and at The Performance Partnership under David Shephard.
